Notice of Change in Ownership

This notice is to be submitted by the new owner of the agricultural operation and is required within 15 days of the change of ownership. It is to inform the Director of a change in ownership or control of an agricultural operation that is phased-in.

Engineering Requirement Form

Acknowledgment of the need to retain professional engineering services for design and general review of specific projects as required by the Regulation.

Engineer’s Commitment Certificate

Request for an expedited review based on compassionate grounds.

Farm Unit Declaration Form

To identify properties included as part of the farm unit for the purposes of the Nutrient Management Act. This form is only used for Nutrient Management Strategies and Nutrient Management Plans that are not prepared using AgriSuite.

Signoff Form

Form used to provide a sign-off of a Nutrient Management Strategy or Nutrient Management Plan by the Owner or Operator of agricultural operation. This form is only used for Nutrient Management Strategies and Nutrient Management Plans that are not prepared using AgriSuite.

Nutrient Management Strategy Application

This form is for those applicants that choose not to use the AgriSuite software to prepare the Nutrient Management Strategy.

Request to Close

This request is to be submitted by the owner of the agricultural operation to close a Nutrient Management Strategy (NMS) that was approved but not acted on (no building permit application).

Notification reduction to 5 or fewer Nutrient Units

This request may be submitted by the owner of the agricultural operation to notify the Director that their operation is no longer generating five or more Nutrient Units.

Request to Withdraw Nutrient Management Strategy Submission

This notice is to be submitted by the owner of the agricultural operation to withdraw a Nutrient Management Strategy (NMS) that was submitted but not approved.

Nutrient Management Farm Registration Form

Farms need to register with the province if they generate more that 300 nutrient units and do not intend on building any new structures (does not require a building permit), not within 100m of a municipal well, or does not receive NASM.

Business Number Collection (BN9) Form

You are required to submit the business number for the operation with your Nutrient Management Strategy submission.
